French Bacteriologist Alexander Yersinia in 1894 first described eniterocolitica as causative organisms for food-borne illness. enterocolitica is an enteropathogenic organism and causes “yersiniosis” that denotes infections such as, gastroenteritis infants young children it considered bacillary dysentery or campylobacter - like enterocolitis with abdominal pain diarrhea. Even give rise to acute terminal ileitis mesenteric lymphadenitis, cause septicemia high fatality rate, abortion, pneumonia, ileocaecal appendix, proximal colon level, enterocolitis, immunological complications erythema nodosum, polyarthritis, Reiter’s syndrome, some time leading death etc. In frozen buffalo meat at very freezing temperature the common isolated can spoilage. Y. gram negative, pleomorphic, asporogenous short, capsulated, motile peritrichous flagella microscopically grown 22oC. aerobe facultative anaerobe actively porn zoonosis.
